This beautiful 3 bedroom villa ideally located where Protaras meets Pernera is a perfect choice if you are looking to be close to the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops.

Outside this beautiful modern villa you will find a private swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens, sun beds, parasols, sofa and table and an outdoor dining table and chairs making it perfect for some Al Fresco cuisine. There is also a car port and a barbeque with all of the utensils you will need. The swimming pool can also be heated for 60 Euros per day with a minimum of 5 days.

You can enter inside the villa by the large sliding glass patio doors that lead into the lounge and dining area. In the lounge area there is a brand new leather corner sofa, coffee table, HD Smart Television with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, USB Ports and much more allowing you to watch anything you like yet at the same time enjoy the stunning pool views.

The lounge area merges into the dining area with a table and 6 chairs looking out towards the pool and gardens. There is also a breakfast bar with stools and a fully fitted kitchen with appliances including built in oven, microwave and hob. There is also a large fridge freezer, a dishwasher and much more.

On the ground floor there is also a W.C. which is located next to the stairs leading to the first floor.

On the first floor you will find the master double bedroom which has an ensuite shower. There is also plenty of wardrobe space, a Wifi booster, air conditioning and glass sliding patio doors leading to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning whilst looking at the fantastic views of the sea, pool and gardens.
