There are 4 X 3 bedrooms next to each other. Villa 2 can sleep up to 8 people, Villa 3 can sleep up to 10 people, Villa 4 can sleep up to 11 people and Villa 5 can sleep up to 11 people so 40 people across the 4 villas.

The villas are located just off the main Nissi Avenue near Nissi Beach in Ayia Napa. Everything is within easy walking distance including Pernera Beach (Ayia Napa), Vathia Gonia Beach, Nissi Beach and hundreds of bars, shops, clubs and restaurants.

These villas are excellent for large families, groups, wedding parties or corporate events.

Each villa has a driveway leading to the carport, a green area and the front entrance.

At the back of each villa, there is a spacious private swimming pool complete with sun beds, parasols, a patio with a dining table and chairs and a bbq.

As you enter the villas from the front there is a lounge area with a sofa bed, large widescreen H.D.T.V. with satellite channels, sliding patio doors, and electronic blackout blinds. You will then find the dining area and kitchen.

The dining area with tables and chairs leads to the fully fitted designer kitchen with everything you will need, including a dishwasher.

There is also a W.C. on this floor.

The beautiful staircase leads you up to the first floor by the front entrance.

On this floor is the master double bedroom with a stunning ensuite bathroom and a whirlpool bathtub with views that looks across the Ayia Napa seas.

(Villa 2) The second bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed sleeping 3 people.

(Villas 3,4&5) The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunks beds sleeping 4 people.

(Villa 2) The third bedroom has 2 single beds sleeping 2 people.

(Villas 2, 3,4&5) The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds sleeping 4 people.

You then continue up the staircase to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the breathtaking views across the Ayia Napa coastline.
